體育系大學生生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙因素之初探

An Preliminary inquiry into the Career Self-efficacy and Career Barriers of University Students of Physical Education Department

摘要


緒論:大學生正處於生涯發展的關鍵時期,每一個決定對後續的生涯造成重大的影響。生涯自我效能可以反應出體育系大學生對於生涯抉擇點上做出成功決定的自信程度,且生涯阻礙與生涯自我效能,存在高度影響,若面臨一些生涯阻礙因素,會降低生涯自我效能。方法:本研究採文獻分析法,收集2000年到2017年有關體育系大學生生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙相關研究。結果:體育系大學生的生涯自我效能對生涯發展、生涯決定、職業興趣、社會支持、結果預期具有正向影響力,整體結果與社會認知生涯理論相符。在生涯阻礙方面不同背景變項所知覺到的生涯阻礙有所不同,而有效的提升學生生涯自我效能,能夠降低生涯阻礙。結論:生涯自我效能與生涯阻礙因素相互影響,若生涯自我效能低者,則會感到比較多的生涯阻礙,而自我效能高者,會以正向積極的態度來解決所面臨的困境。建議心理諮商師、學校輔導師資及相關單位可以針對生涯阻礙給予協助,提昇學生生涯自我效能,訂定可行目標。

Introduction: University students are situated in a key period of their career development; every decision will exert a significant influence on their subsequent careers. Career self-efficacy can reflect the degree of self-confidence of university students of physical education department in making successful decisions at a critical point of choice in their careers. Moreover, there is a high degree of influence between career barriers and career self-efficacy. If PE students are confronted with some career barriers, the self-efficacy of their careers may be reduced. Methods: This study adopts the documentary method of analyzing the literature collected about the period from the year 2000 to 2017 on the correlative factors between career self-efficacy and career barriers of university students in the department of physical education. Results: This overall study finds that the self-efficacy university students of physical education department has a positive influence on their career development, career decision, vocational interest, social support, and expectation of results. The overall conclusions conform with the career theory of societal perception. In terms of career barriers, different variables of background lead to different perceptions of career barriers. Furthermore, effective enhancement of the career self-efficacy of students can reduce career barriers; therefore, those who have high self-efficacy can solve the predicament confronting them with a positive and active attitude. Conclusion: There is interplay between the factors of career self-efficacy and those of career barriers, which show both positive and negative correlations. Those who are low on career self-efficacy will feel relatively more impact of career barriers, while those who are high on career self-efficacy will solve the predicaments confronting them with a positive and active attitude.
