教育程度和年齡與工作滿意度之探討

The Study of Educational Background and Age Differences in Job Satisfaction

摘要


本研究採用問卷調查法,以外派大陸員工共200人為研究之樣本,計回收156份,有效問卷回收率78%。本研究使用SPSS統計軟體加以分析處理,本研究發現如下:教育程度在工作滿意度之差異分析,經單因子變異數分析結果顯示,教育程度變項在內在滿意度達顯著差異水準。

The study was based on 200 expatriate employees as total are the samples for the questionnaire. The returned questionnaires were 156 copies and the returned rate was 78%. SPSS were adopted to analyze this data. The study found the following: analysis of the differences in job satisfaction of different educational background, One-Way Anova analysis results show, educational background variables in internal satisfaction were significant difference.
