This research aims at the effects of perceived autonomous support and sport enjoyment on physical-mental health for the middle-aged and senior citizens. The convenience sampling was used in this research and middle-aged citizens who are 55 years old above were the subjects. A total of 300 questionnaires were sent and 293 returned with a 97.6% recovery rate after invalid were eliminated. confirmatory factor analysis and SEM. The result comes out: The perceived autonomous support, sport enjoyment, and physical-mental health have positive relation that the higher perceived autonomous support the middle-aged have, the higher sport enjoyment and physical-mental health they have. The perceived autonomous support and sport enjoyment also have positive influence on physical-mental health. Sport enjoyment has mediating effect. Finally this research comes to conclusion based on the result and gives suggestion for future related study.
