The aim of this study was to mention the protection of strength elements, hold elements and swings to strength hold elements on Rings in Men's Artistic Gymnastics. We should find out a correct method when the coaches help gymnasts to perform strength elements, hold elements and swings to strength hold elements on rings. There are five principles to practice strength elements, hold elements and swings to strength hold elements on rings by coach’s assistance. (1) to find a correct position; (2) to keep balance when gymnasts are performing strength elements, hold elements and swings to strength hold elements by themselves; (3) to use correct techniques when gymnasts are performing strength elements, hold elements and swings to strength hold elements; (4) to reduce the protection when gymnasts can do it by themselves; (5) To avoid sports injuries.
