高高屏地區國中小學童使用線上即時訊息軟體現況之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討國中小學童使用線上即時訊息軟體的現況進行調查分析,以高雄市、高雄縣、屏東縣三個縣市國中小三年級到九年級的學生為研究對象進行問卷調查,人數為1276人。目前學生最常使用的線上即時訊息軟體,如MSN Messenger、Yahoo!奇摩即時通、Skype、ICQ等等,由於介面簡單清楚、功能完整,深受學生喜愛,尤其在休閒聊天方面佔有一席之地。因此本研究欲探討國中小學童是否能運用線上即時訊息軟體在學習課業方面,讓學生充分利用虛擬學習社群的合作學習,教師亦可以快速地在課後為學生解決課業問題。本研究之結果除了能瞭解國中小學童目前使用線上即時訊息軟體的現況外,更盼能提供資訊給教師及實務工作者如何利用軟體的特性來有效運用在國中小的教學環境裡。進而達到中小學資訊教育總藍圖的整體願景「資訊隨手得,主動學習樂;合作創新意,知識伴終生」。

The main purpose of this study was to explore the effect that elementary and junior high school students utilize on-line instant messenger software. The subjects of this study were selected Kaoshiung, Kaoshiung Country, Pingtung Country, from third graders to nine graders. The total of 1276 students answered the questionnaire survey. Students often use on-line instant messenger software to chat, such as MSN Messenger, Yahoo! Messenger, Skype, ICQ and so on, because the interface is easy and clear to use. This study investigated the elementary and junior high school students whether they can utilize on-line the instant messenger software cooperatively in the school homework. In addition we would like to find out whether teachers use on-line instant messenger software to solve students' homework problems. Results of this research can help us to understand what on-line instant messenger software the elementary and junior high school students most current use. It was hoped the findings of this study provide information for teachers and administrators using the characteristics of on-line instant messenger software in their school settings.
