高科技產業人員工作壓力之實證研究

Empirical Study on Work Pressure of the High-tech Employees

摘要


我國經濟型態從農業、工業,轉型成現階段之高科技產業,引導著國家經濟發展走向,而高科技產業具有之市場變化快、產品週期短、技術持續創新等特性,加上全球金融海嘯之嚴厲衝擊,其產業人員所感受到的工作壓力可想而知。 本研究旨在探討高科技產業人員工作壓力之現況,主要採用問卷調查法,以新竹科學園區六家高科技產業公司為問卷調查對象,共發出600份問卷,回收有效問卷為392份,有效回收率達65.33%。 資料經SPSS12.0中文版電腦統計套裝軟體進行分析後,發現以下研究結果:(一)高科技產業人員工作壓力來源主要來自「上級要求」。(二)作業員在工作壓力部分層面顯著高於工程師及行政管理人員。(三)學歷為專科之高科技產業人員其整體工作壓力顯著高於學歷為研究所之高科技產業人員。(四)已婚之高科技產業人員在工作壓力層面部分顯著高於未婚之高科技產業人員。研究發現及具體結論提供高科技產業界參考。

The economic status of Taiwan is changing from agricultural, industrial to the current high-tech industry status; and it leads the development direction of the country's economy. High-tech industry equips with the rapid changing market, short product life cycle, and continuous technology innovation features. In addition with the severe impacts of global financial crisis, it is easy to imagine the work pressure of the high-tech employees. This study aims at exploring the current status of the work pressure of the high-tech employees. It mainly uses questionnaire survey, and takes six high-tech companies at the Hsinchu Science Park as the survey objects. There are totally 600 questionnaires being delivered, and 392 valid questionnaires have been retrieved, valid retrieve rate reaches 65.33%. After the data have been analyzed by Chinese version SPSS12.0 package software, we have got the following research results: (1) The major work pressure of the high-tech employees comes from ”demands of the supervisor”. (2) Work pressure of the operators is significantly higher that engineers and management people. (3) Work pressure of those college graduated high-tech employees is obviously higher that those high-tech employees that are graduated from graduate school. (4) Work pressure of married high-tech employees is obviously higher that those unmarried high-tech industry employees. The research result and conclusions can be the reference of the high-tech industries.
