大學生常見危機個案類型分析與處遇之研究:以國立勤益科技大學為例

A Study of Crisis Intervention and Analysis the Types of Common Crisis Cases in National Chin-Yi University of Technology

摘要


危機個案於現今大專校院越來越多,所呈現的個案樣貌也越來越多元,本研究主要以國立勤益科技大學為例,危機個案在總個案人數雖不是最多,但處遇過程所花費的時間卻是最多。危機個案若沒有完整的處理機制與單位間合作,可能造成個案自傷傷人的校園危機事件。資料分析過程發現每學年的下學期,危機個案出現頻率特別高,可能與季節變化影響情緒有關,此現象亦可為將來制訂年度輔導計畫為參考。危機個案來談議題主要以自傷或傷人為最多,因此面對這類型個案,未來需更多關注。危機個案類型近兩年從自傷傷人演變為多元議題,因此諮商心理師面對多元個案議題會談能力與處遇能力更形重要。

There are more and more crisis cases in today's colleges and universities, and the cases presented are more and more diverse. This study mainly takes National Chin-Yi University of Technology as an example. The number of clients in crisis sitution are not the largest, but the process of encountering takes the most time. If there is no complete handling mechanism and cooperation between the units in the crisis case, it may result in a crisis event. The data analysis found that the frequency of clients in crisis sitution was particularly high in the second semester of each school year, which may be related to seasonal changes affecting emotions. This phenomenon can be used as a reference for counseling center in the future. In crisis cases, the main issue is suicide or homoside. Therefore, in the face of this type of case, more attention needs to be paid in the future. The types of crisis cases have evolved from suicide or homoside to variaty issues in the past two years. Therefore, it is more important for counselor to have the ability to meet on multiple case issues.
