The Effect of Organizational and Divisional Vision on Job Retention, Job Satisfaction, Job Wellbeing and Job Stress

組織、部門願景影響工作留任、工作滿意、工作幸福感與工作壓力之研究

摘要


Leader vision can set the direction for the organization overall. Especially in the process of organizational change, leader vision has been considered to be one important factor which may influence employee's favorable employee outcomes. It study collected 262 valid samples who worked at Taiwan Railways Administration(TRA) in Taiwan with the method of random sampling. We employed confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model(SEM) to justify the hypotheses being explored. The results show that organizational vision positively affects employee's job satisfaction, job retention and job wellbeing, and it also negatively affects job stress. Divisional vision positively affects employee's job satisfaction, job retention and job wellbeing.

領導者願景決定組織整體的方向,特別面臨組織變革時,領導者願景被認為是影響員工產出的重要因素。本研究以隨機發放方式,有效蒐集262位台灣鐵路員工,作為研究樣本。本研究採用驗證式因素分析、結構方程模式,驗證所設立的假設。研究結果證實,組織領導者願景正向影響工作滿意、工作留任、工作幸福感,負向影響工作壓力。部門領導者願景正向影響工作滿意、工作留任、工作幸福感。
