Leader vision can set the direction for the organization overall. Especially in the process of organizational change, leader vision has been considered to be one important factor which may influence employee's favorable employee outcomes. It study collected 262 valid samples who worked at Taiwan Railways Administration(TRA) in Taiwan with the method of random sampling. We employed confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation model(SEM) to justify the hypotheses being explored. The results show that organizational vision positively affects employee's job satisfaction, job retention and job wellbeing, and it also negatively affects job stress. Divisional vision positively affects employee's job satisfaction, job retention and job wellbeing.
