東南亞女性外籍配偶休閒生活型態與生活滿意度研究

摘要

本文以台灣近年成長快速的東南亞女性外籍配偶為對象，探討其休閒生活型態及生活滿意度的情形。這些新移民離鄉背井來到台灣產生許多引起討論的議題，學者關心的面向包含生活適應、子女教養、社會支持和社會福利需求等。而近年如何讓新移民順利融入台灣社會不只是學者關切的重點，也是政府部門政策擬定與施政的要項之一。台灣異國婚姻的家庭多數位於鄉間、漁村、山地或離島地區，所享有的社會資源原本就比較少，因此，主要來自越南、印尼、泰國、菲律賓及柬埔寨等國的女性外籍配偶多數生活並不優渥，有些甚至遭遇經濟、家庭及社會適應等各項問題。可以推想的是女性外籍配偶日常為紓解身心而從事各項休閒活動所遭遇的阻礙因素，可能多於其他族群配偶。基於此，本研究以7位東南亞女性外籍配偶為研究對象，試圖以半結構式訪談釐清她們的休閒生活型態，並找出其與生活滿意度之間的關係脈絡。本研究結果主要為東南亞女性外籍配偶之休閒生活單調甚至匱乏，以致其生活滿意度普遍不高，也使其嫁來台灣後的實際狀況與嫁來之前的預期產生較大落差。

This research focuses on the relationship between leisure lifestyle and life satisfaction of the new female immigrants who came from Southeast Asia. Nowadays, the related issues about the female foreign spouses are more and more popular, and lots of researchers show interest in this field. In this study, ”in-depth interview” is used to gather data, and there are 7 objects included in the research. It's believed that most female foreign spouses possess fewer social welfare resources than others, so ”leisure activities” which can comfort people are essential to them. In fact, by attending leisure activities, the female foreign spouses may enhance their life satisfaction. Thus, the research mainly discusses the real situation of leisure lifestyle and life satisfaction of them, and morever, the relationship between these two factors. The results of the research can offer some suggestions for the authorities concerned, and simultaneously, for the female foreign spouses themselves. Besides, the results can also strengthen their leisure benefits and can reduce some social problems.
