摘要


尿液檢驗是目前國內最常見的濫用藥物檢驗方式,不過,由於藥物在體內有一定的代謝時程,檢驗視窗通常只有數日而已,因此形成檢驗漏洞。毛髮由於可以保存受檢者的吸毒歷程,經長時間後仍可完整 呈現出來;加上毛髮檢體有極多的優點如:採集快速、容易、不具侵入性、不易作假;體積小、無需冷藏冷凍,保存運送十分方便;甚至可以進行毛髮分段分析,剖析其每個月的吸毒歷程。毛髮檢驗其實很適合 在國內推展,也由興新濫用藥物盛行,更顯得需要。在歐美國家推展毛髮檢驗的兩大難題:髮色差異與二手煙外部污染,在國內並不是問題,因此與尿液檢驗搭配起來,可望形成一更嚴密的濫用藥物檢驗網。在毛髮檢驗的許多方法中,最常使用的GC/MS方法和一般的尿液確認檢驗十分類似,建立在現有的濫用藥 物檢測中心阻力不大。

Urine analysis is most common method for drugs abuse in Taiwan. In contrast to urine analysis, which detects drugs only for several days, hair testing is a reliable tool for wider window of drug detection, which makes hair an attractive biological matrix for monitoring drug use. There are also a number of additional desirable characteristics: hair collection is noninvasive and easily observed, minimizing the risk of sample switching or adulteration. It can be stored and transported without specific precautions for its native stability, and segmental analysis of hair may help determine the time of drug exposure. However, there are limitations for determining external contamination exposure with hair analysis. Another difficulty in interpreting hair testing results is that drug incorporation into hair can be influenced by the melanin content of hair. But there are not many torments in Taiwan. There are numerous methods, but most via GC/MS, for measuring drugs of abuse in hair. Because of the similar experimental methods, there is not difficult to develop and modified the routine urine analysis to hair testing.
