老人休閒活動參與和成功老化相關之初探

A Preliminary Study on the Relationship between Leisure Activity Participation and Successful Aging of the Elderly

摘要

本研究旨在探討成功老化的測量模式以及休閒活動參與和成功老化的潛在關聯。研究者採用問卷調查法，以高雄市512 名65 歲以上老年人為受試者，透過成功老化量表和休閒活動參與量表蒐集實證資料。問卷調查所得實證資料透過驗證性因素分析和結構方程模式進行資料處理，分析結果顯示成功老化二階因素測量模式，整體模式適配度良好。複核效度的交叉考驗結果，證實成功老化二階因素測量模式具有跨樣本穩定性。而且休閒活動參與和成功老化之間具有顯著正向關聯。根據研究發現，研究者對老人休閒活動參與和成功老化的提升以及未來研究提出建議。

The main purposes of this study were to develop a theory-based measure of successful aging, and explore potential association between leisure activity participation and successful aging. A sample of 512 older adult from Kaohsiung City completed self-report measures of leisure activity participation and successful aging. The obtained data was analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and structural equation modeling (SEM). Statistical analysis yielded the following results. First, second-order four factor model of successful aging performed adequate goodness of fit. Second, cross-validation of successful aging second-order measurement model is confirmed. Third, there was significantly correlation between leisure activity participation and successful aging. Based on these results, implication for promotion of elderly leisure activities participation and successful aging was discussed. And suggestions for future study were provided in this study.
