行動即時通訊軟體應用於學校行政溝通之探討-以南投縣國民小學為例

A Study of Mobile Instant Messaging in School Administrative Communication -Samples from the Elementary School in Nantou County

摘要


本研究旨在探討南投縣國民小學行政人員使用行動即時通訊軟體之現況。研究方法採問卷調查法,共計發出500份問卷,回收有效問卷416份,有效回收率達80.32%。研究發現:一、南投縣國民小學行政人員使用行動即時通訊軟體之情形良好。二、南投縣國民小學行政人員使用行動即時通訊軟體之溝通類型以平行溝通為主。三、南投縣國民小學行政人員運用行動即時通訊軟體之正面影響大於負面影響。四、不同使用資歷之行政人員對「個人使用情形」、「使用之溝通類型」與「使用之正面影響」層面有顯著差異。

The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of mobile instant messaging software by administration staff in elementary schools in Nantou County. A survey was conducted, 500 questionnaires was distributed, 416 were collected, amounting to aeffective response rate of 84%. Based on the analysis results, the following main conclusions are drawn: 1. The use of mobile instant messaging software by administration staff in elementary schools in Nantou County is in a good state. 2. The type of communication such use is intended for is mainly parallel communication. 3. The positive impact of such use outweighs its negative impact. 4. Administration staff with different user experiences exhibit significant differences in 'personal use', 'used for what type of communication' and 'positive impact of use'
