The current research issues involving elections of Indigenous peoples are apparently and deliberately ignored. Then, in this article, we analyze the outcome of 2014 Taiwan local nine-in-one elections (which are the Municipal and County Mayors and Councilors, Chiefs and Councilors of indigenous districts in municipalities, Township Chiefs and Councilors, and chiefs of village). We then examine the present situation and issues on electoral system of Taiwan Indigenous people and offering some positive advises.
