淺談數位學習應用於成人教育的困境與因應之道

The Plight and Approach of Applying Digital Learning to the Adult Education

摘要


將數位學習應用於成人教育是提升國家競爭力的關鍵策略,也是網路時代的發展趨勢,而忽略學習者本身才是有效學習的關鍵要素時,反而使教育革新停滯不前。故當成人教育之數位教育發展策略失去其原本之預期效用時,教育工作者實應以成人學習者之學習特性為基礎,探討資訊通信科技的應用對於成人學習者在數位學習上所產生的學習障礙,並積極提出因應之道。本研究期以藉文獻探討及專家學者訪談之結果,以分析目前數位學習應用於成人教育時所遭遇的困境。最後,本研究根據目前數位學習與成人教育之困境提出以下建議:(1)在學習者參與數位課程前進行電腦素養基礎測驗,並於測驗後提供免費資訊素養課程培育學習者之電腦使用能力;(2)補助弱勢族群以減緩資訊設備資源分配不均的問題;(3)善用大數據分析提供成人學習者應有之輔導與協助;(4)持續導入新科技的應用,加強人機互動介面的設計,以滿足成人學習者之學習需求等相關措施,使數位學習與成人教育能夠完全發揮其應有的效用,以提升國家競爭力,並進而創造國家價值。

Applying digital learning to the adult education is a key strategy for improve country's competition. However, ignoring the personality of learners may impede this education innovation. Therefore, education workers should understand the problems produced from the information communication technology applying to adult learners and proposed the solutions. This study employs the results of literature review and interviews with experts and scholars to analyze the plight of applying digital learning to the adult education. Accordingly, this study provides the suggestions as follows: 1. Learners should have a basic test of computer operating before they study the digital course, and provide free computer course to develop learners' ability to use a computer. 2. Subsidizing vulnerable groups can reduce the gap from the uneven distribution of information equipment resources. 3. Appling the big data analysis helps learners to study digital course. 4. Continuing import the newly developed technology to satisfy the need of adult learners, and improve the application of digital learning on the adult education to enhance country's competition.
