室內孵化之巨指長臂蝦之幼苗變態研究

摘要
巨指長臂蝦Paloemon macroaactylus Rathbun, 1902是屬於長臂蝦科(Palaemonidae)中的小型蝦類，多生活在潮流暢通的岩礁海岸或港灣中，也會在養殖池中出現。幼苗變態過程是屬於普通型(Common type)，在室內水溫24~26°C，鹽度千分之33~34的條件下，經過14天，8期蚤狀幼體的變態後成為底棲性的後期蝦苗。本文對各期幼苗形態上的特徵均加以描繪和描述。

Palaemon macrodactylus Rathbum, 1902 is a small brackish Palaemonid shrimp in rocky shore and levee with some moving currents and also found in fish and prawn ponds. This study on the hatching and larval development was conducted under the laboratory condition of temperature 24-26°C, salinity 33-34 per mille. The larvae spent 25 days, passed sight zoeal stages and metamorphosed into postIarvae. Morphological characteristics were described in detail and illustrated.
