摘要


The practice of characteristic modern apprenticeship training mode in higher vocational colleges is a summary of the experience since the pilot work was carried out. From learning advanced international experience to gradually forming a model suitable for the region, the school's own professional characteristics and students' development, the action path of exploring the characteristic modern apprenticeship can be divided into four dimensions: action goal, action guarantee, action route and action management, striving to form the direction of action, relying on the system, standard management, enthusiasm for participation The new pattern of the characteristic development of modern apprenticeship system.
