Inspired by the Master Plan for the New Western Land-Sea Corridor and the Implementation Plan for Promoting high-quality Construction of the New Western Land- Sea Corridor during the 14th Five-year Plan issued by the National Development and Reform Commission of China in the past two years, this paper analyzes the development status of provinces, regions and municipalities along the new Western Land-sea Passage. To explore the theoretical basis and feasible road selection of high-quality development mode of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities along the new land-sea corridor in western China, starting from the theoretical basis of establishing high-quality development of corridor economy, with railway as the main axis, We will build a multimodal transport system connecting land and sea, promote new trade, strengthen economic and trade cooperation between China and ASEAN, build a brand of sea-rail combined freight trains, speed up the development of hub economy, and promote the integrated development of transport links and industries. It explores the logistics, commercial flow, capital flow and people flow that connect different regions and cities by relying on the "axis", namely the main traffic lines. Make the "point" and "axis" the engines of economic growth along the new western Corridor of China, supplemented by the task and guarantee of China's contemporary construction of the new corridor, new logistics, new trade, new models and new economy will be stimulated in regional cooperation, so as to achieve high-quality development.
