星雲大師的環保思想
The Environmental Protection Thought of Master Hsing Yun

Master Hsing Yun pay close attention to environmental protection issues, which he mentions a lot in his writings. Master believes the concept of ＂the same group of symbiosis＂, ＂compassion and love of biological life＂, and ＂thrift and cherish our blessings＂ should be applied to daily life, that is the practical environmental action. What's more, Master Hsing Yun considers the environmental problems were caught by human beings, therefore, it depends on each person's self-awakening, namely, it depends on each one of us invokes ＂heart of environmental protection＂ and ＂purification of mind ＂ in order to solve environmental problems. In this paper, I will explore the practical situation of the environmental protection concept of the Master Hsing Yun in three aspects: ＂compassion for the love of biological life＂, ＂resource recycling to build schools and temples＂, and ＂holding purification of mind activities＂.
