以資訊科技及社群激勵為基礎之太極拳學習

摘要


現代化生活帶給人們便利、富足的同時,也讓人們承擔不當的飲食習慣、缺乏運動等的健康隱憂。我們先前的研究證明社群激勵及太極拳有益於成人與氣喘兒童的健康促進。因此,本研究分為三大部分:「應用社群激勵與資訊科技促進成人運動生活型態」、「家長參與氣喘兒童太極拳之社群激勵」及「探討多媒體資訊科技應用於太極拳之體能訓練」。 第一部分,我們以資訊科技建置一網路平台,結合社群激勵以幫助人們達成運動目標並維持長期運動習慣;呈續上一部分之網路社群激勵平台,第二部分因應用於氣喘兒童上,因而加入「家長參與」之因素,使家長與兒童一同參與太極拳訓練,透過社群激勵達到監督與鼓勵的作用。而此部分尚未有研究評估家長參與社群激勵之成效;與此同時,我們發現太極拳在沒有任何主要指導或監督的情況下,當受訓者進行練習時,很容易做出錯誤的姿勢或動作,特別是在移動過程中的重量轉移。因此,在第三部份我們建置「身體重心轉移學習系統」與「頭戴式虛擬擴增實境」來幫助人們能夠在自我訓練時,調整自身太極拳動作以達到正確運動效果。在未來的研究中,我們會將身體重心轉移學習系統延伸至虛擬實境應用,以提供使用者更直觀和身臨其境的用戶體驗。

Modern life brings convenience and prosperity to people, and it also allows people to bear the unhealthy lifestyles of improper eating habit and lack of exercise simultaneously. Our previous studies have shown that social persuasion and Tai-Chi-Chuan training were beneficial to the health promotion of adults and asthmatic children. Therefore, this research is divided into 3 parts: “Application of Information Technology and Social Persuasion for Promoting Adult Exercise Lifestyle”, “Parent-Based Social Persuasion for Tai-Chi-Chuan Adherence and Pulmonary Functions in Asthmatic Children” and “Exploring Multimedia Technology in Physical Training for Tai-Chi-Chuan Exercise”. In the first part, we constructed an online platform which combined social persuasion to make people achieve the exercise goal and keep their constant exercise habits; continuing the online social persuasion platform of the last part, we added the factor of “parental involvement” into the second part which was applied to the asthmatic children. Parents and children participated in TCC together, and the effect of supervision and encouragement was achieved through social persuasion. Moreover, there is no similar study to investigate parent-based social persuasion through online platform to promote asthmatic children’s health; in addition, it was easy to take wrong postures or movements in the moves procedure of TCC without any master supervision, so that we constructed the “Body Weight-Transfer Learning System” and “Augmented Reality Head-Mounted Display” to help people to learn TCC movements themselves in the third part. Further, we will extend “Body Weight-Transfer Learning System” to VR (Virtual Reality) glasses to provide users more intuitive and immersive user experiences in the future work.
