完全中學學生使用學校圖書館館藏之研究—以臺北市立N高級中學為例

A Study of Using the School Library Collection for Comprehensive Junior-Senior High School Students—A Case Study of Taipei N High School

摘要


本研究旨在探討臺北市立N高級中學學生使用學校圖書館館藏之現況,了解學生使用學校圖書館館藏的比例及頻率,並藉由分析不同背景變項的學生對於使用館藏之目的、類型及主題上差異,以及研究不使用館藏之原因及其對於館藏之看法,期盼能找出吸引學生前來使用且培養出學生閱讀能力的館藏。 本研究使用問卷調查法,以臺北市立N高級中學學生為研究對象。國七~高一採用簡單隨機抽樣;高二~高三採用分層隨機抽樣,總計回收有效問卷360份。整理問卷資料,進行敘述統計、卡方、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析等統計分析,所得到結論如下: 1.完全中學學生使用圖書館館藏比例過低,只有大約半數學生使用過館藏。 2.完全中學學生使用圖書館館藏頻率以「每學期約1-2次」為最高,而「每週經常使用」館藏的學生佔使用者的比例中不到10%。 3.使用館藏「目的」上以為「休閒娛樂」為主,使用館藏「類型」上首要為「小說類」,使用館藏「主題」則是以「武俠/科幻/冒險/動作」為最受歡迎的項目。 4.「男生」喜好的主題為「自然科學/數學」,「女生」則是「東西方哲學/心理學」;「國中部」對於「漫畫類」需求較為強烈;「國七」則對於「幽默笑話」較為偏好;「自然組」對於「自然科學/數學」較為關注。 5.「沒有使用」館藏的學生認為館藏缺乏「休閒娛樂」;沒有使用館藏裡的「自然組」學生認為館藏「無法滿足吸取新知」、「無法滿足尋找資料」。

This study aims to investigate the current situation of the use of school library collections used by Taipei N high school students, and to understand the percentage and frequency of student useing school library collections. Analysis of the differences in the purpose, type, and theme of students with different background variables, and the reasons for not using the collection and its views on the collection. Hope to find out the collections that attract students to use and develop their reading ability. In this study, questionnaire survey was used to study the students in Taipei N high school as a research object. Use simple random sampling in 7th grade to 10th students grade and use stratified conception sampling in 11th grade to 12th students grade. Totally 360 valid questionnaires were collected. The statistical analysis of the questionnaire data, descriptive statistics, chi-square, t-test and single-factor variance analysis are given the conculsions as follows: 1.The proportion of library collections used by comprehensive junior-senior high school students is too low, only about half of the students have used the library collections. 2.The highest frequency of comprehensive junior-senior high school students useing the library collections is "1-2 times per semester", and students who use the collection frequently every week is less than 10% of users. 3.The purpose of using the collection is to focus on leisure and entertainment. The prime type of collection used is novel. The most popular theme in the collection is martial arts / sci-fi / adventure / action. 4.Boys like the theme of natural science / mathematics ,and girls like East-West philosophy/psychology. 7th grade students more like humor jokes. Science track students are interested in natural science / mathematics 5.Students who do not use the collection think that the collection in library lacks leisure and entertainment. Science track students who do not use the collection think that the collection unable to meet new knowledge and data searching.
