中小型營造業創新思維對多角化經營的影響

過去十年，營建業發展迅速。隨著這個行業的發展，它變得不堪重負，使得每個企業都難以維持其競爭優勢。因此，企業被迫尋找新的方法來競爭，用以吸引客戶，並準確提高效率的規劃作為業務的實踐。多角化是許多營建公司追求的策略方向，以便他們可以提高公司的績效。本研究參考過去文獻及最近國內外多角化的實踐策略，並以一家中小型營造業公司作為多角化策略的實踐範例。多角化是一種企業增長策略，分為垂直向與橫向兩條路線，多角化的目的也可以分做五大目的，所舉為例子的中小型營造業公司有近卅年的歷史，在經歷各種環境衝擊的情況下，不同時期採用了不同的多角化策略，成功的在不算平順的環境下，快速的成長茁壯。

Abstract: The construction industry has expanded rapidly in the past thirty years. As this industry grows, it becomes overwhelmed, making it difficult for every construction company to maintain its competitive advantage. As a result, firms are forced to find new ways to compete, attract customers and redesign their business practices effectively and efficiently. Diversification is a strategic direction pursued by many construction companies so that they can improve the performance of the company. This research refers to past literature and recent domestic and foreign practices of diversification strategy, and takes a small and medium-sized construction company as a practical example of diversification strategy. Diversification is a corporate growth strategy, which is divided into two routes: vertical and horizontal. The purpose of diversification can also be divided into five purposes. The SME in the construction industry as an example has a history of nearly 30 years and is experiencing various environmental challenges. In the case of various environmental shocks, different diversification strategies were adopted in different periods, and those strategies successfully helped the SME growing rapidly and thriving in an unsmooth environment.
