本研究主要目的在瞭解數位學習平台對學習成效之影響,從相關文獻探討開始,依據文獻提出的理論組織研究架構,參考並設計調整問卷題項。問卷受訪對象為某醫學大學附設醫院實習中之實習醫學生,讓他們在3個月的期間內利用TMS數位學習平台參與數位課程,並以其問卷填答之資料,用以分析TMS數位學習平台課程對於學習成效之影響。所回收之問卷資料有143份,回收率100.0%,依據特定問卷題目與填答而判定其中有3份並無使用數位學習平台之紀錄,將其視為無效問卷,故有效問卷數為140份,有效樣本回收率為97.9%。依據收集資料進行描述性統計分析、測量量表信度分析、獨立樣本T檢定與單因子變異數分析、交叉分析、相關分析與迴歸分析等驗證研究假說。獲得研究結果如下: 1.研究結果發現「數位學習平台易用性對於數位課程特性有顯著影響」。 2.研究結果發現「數位學習平台易用性對於學習成效有顯著影響」。 3.研究結果發現「數位學習平台易用性對於推廣行為有顯著影響」。 4.研究結果發現「數位學習平台數位課程特性對於學習成效有顯著影響」。 5.研究結果發現「數位學習平台數位課程特性對於推廣行為有顯著影響」。 6.研究結果發現「學習成效對於推廣行為有顯著影響」。 本研究建議醫學生的訓練,可以應用數位學習平台,且可以視使用者的需求改善流程,並讓數位課程設計優化、製作優質的數位教材、以提升學生的學習成效,讓數位學習平台成為日常中或職場上學員學習的重要媒介。
The main purpose of this study is to understand the impact of digital learning platform on learning effectiveness. Begin by conducting a literature review and design as well as adjust the questionnaire items in reference to the organization theory of the research framework proposed by the literature. The respondents were medical interns in the affiliated hospital of a medical university and could use the TMS digital learning platform to participate in digital courses for a three-month period. The returned questionnaires were used to analyze the effect of TMS digital learning platform on learning effectiveness. A total of 143 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 100.0%, among which 3 were determined to be invalid questionnaires based on the specific questions and answers because no usage records of the digital learning platform were found. Therefore, the number of valid questionnaires was 140 and the recovery rate of valid samples was 97.9%. Descriptive statistical analysis, scale reliability analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance, cross-sectional data analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted to analyze the collected data for verification of the research hypotheses. The results obtained are as follows: 1.The result indicated that "the ease of use of digital learning platforms has a significant impact on the characteristics of digital courses." 2.The result indicated that "the ease of use of digital learning platforms has a significant impact on learning effectiveness." 3.The result indicated that "the ease of use of digital learning platforms has a significant impact on promotional behavior." 4.The result indicated that " the characteristics of the digital courses on the digital learning platform have a significant impact on learning effectiveness." 5.The result indicated that "the characteristics of the digital courses on the digital learning platform have a significant impact on the promotional behavior." 6.The result indicated that "learning effectiveness has a significant impact on promotional behavior." This study suggests that digital learning platforms can be used for the training of medical students and the process can be improved according to the needs of users. In addition, optimization of the digital course design and production of high-quality digital teaching materials can enhance student learning effectiveness and therefore digital learning platforms are important tools for everyday or workplace learning.
