超級柴油加氫對直噴式柴油引擎性能、廢氣排放和燃燒特性之研究

A Study on Engine Performance、Exhaust Gas Emission and Combustion Characteristics of Super Diesel Fuel with Hydrogen in a DI Diesel Engine.

摘要


氫氣是潔淨的能源,有甚高的熱值,著火能量甚低,和燃燒速率甚高之優點,故本研究以進氣歧管中使儲氫合金罐之低壓常時開放的定量供氫方式自然導入柴油引擎的進氣歧管中,使少量的氫氣添加在柴油中燃燒。經實驗結果顯示,柴油加入少量的氫氣可提升柴油引擎的能源效率約3.97%外,又可分別減低Smoke和HC濃度的排放約11.47%和16.04%,但NOx濃度和排氣溫度分別增加約8.11%和1.53%,又因供氣方式的影響將使引擎在高轉速時的最大BMEP值減低約在30%附近。

The hydrogen is the pure energy, has the very high calorific value, catches fire the energy to be really low, with combustion rate very high merit, therefore this research lets in air in the branch pipe to cause the quota which low pressure of the Chu hydrogen alloy pot constantly opens for the hydrogen way to induct the diesel engine naturally in the air admission branch pipe, makes the few hydrogen to increase in the diesel oil burns.Demonstrated after the experimental result that, the diesel oil joins the few hydrogen to be possible to promote the diesel engine the energy efficiency approximately outside 3.97%, also separable do not decrease Smoke and the HC density emissions approximately 11.47% and 16.04%, but the NOx density and the discharge temperature increase approximately 8.11% separately and 1.53%, and further because the air feed way influence will cause the engine to decrease at high speed time biggest BMEP value approximately nearby 30%.
