現今高度競爭的市場,業者除了需要更積極的爭取顧客,還必須強化經營管理的體質;在供應鏈與全球化的要求下,具備跨區域多人參與產品設計與開發之協同設計作業功能日趨明顯與迫切。以產品而言,為了迎合顧客要求的多變,不論在功能或品質上都需要不斷的求新求變,設計變更的重要性日趨急迫;因此如何在協同設計的環境,建構設計變更流程架構並針對變更後作評估,以幫助企業有系統的完成設計變更作業,並取得設計變更可行性的依據就顯得相當重要。 本研究建構三階段的運作架構與評估模式,解決設計變更運作與評估問題。第一階段藉由所需變更的初始零組件,可以得到此零組件的相關設計與製造技術人員,利用群體決策與分化任務,取得初始零組件與子項目變更後的資料。第二階段藉由BOM元件中各個零組件的關係與人員資料,延續第一階段利用群體決策與分化任務,並且考量連鎖效應求得其他相關零組件之變更元件資料,完成協同設計下設計變更之運作架構部分;第三階段藉由第一階段與第二階段產品設計變更元件的完成得到設計變更製造資料,利用線性規劃在跨廠製造成本、物料成本以及運輸成本等總成本最小下,得到變更零組件之製造廠區與評估結果;依據評估結果可以給予決策者參考之依據,並進而安排各廠區的工程變更。
In the highly competitive environment, a company must active to strive for customers, and strengthen the business management. With the demand of supply chain and globalization, the enterprise is obvious and urgent to possess the function of collaborative design. For products, in order to cater to the varied requests of customers, businesses must innovate continuously. Therefore, how to establish the framework of design change and evaluate the effect is very important. This study develops three phases of the design change process model. The first and second phases belong to operation framework and the third phase belongs to Evaluation. In the operation framework, according to the relation of product components and the participating of designers and manufacturers, to implement the design change of product. In the evaluation, according to the changes of product, under the minimal of manufacturing cost, material cost and delivery cost to obtain the manufactory factory and the result of evaluation in combine factory. In this way, we can offer manager the reference and dispose the engineering change of every factory.
