即時通訊有助於增進人際溝通與團隊互動。本研究要旨在探討大學生如何使用即時通訊與團隊成員互動、即時通訊對於團隊合作的影響,以及使用行為如何影響團隊合作。研究方法採用社會網絡分析法,以「群集抽樣法」進行,共選取4所學校7個傳播科系的畢製團隊成員作為樣本對象。團隊人數設定在「3-12」人,總計有效樣本為395份。資料收回後進行描述性統計分析、社會網絡分析、T檢定考驗、皮爾森績差相關與多元回歸分析統計方式分析計算。 研究結果簡述如下:(1)大學生使用即時通訊與成員互動的頻率與時間約為每週兩到三次、每天1-1小時半。他們會考慮使用即時通訊處理與解決工作或情感問題,使用的行為主動,並且肯定帶來的即時工作效益。「即時互動高」、「不受地理與時空的限制」、「同時處裡多重作業」、「費用低廉」是大學生在團隊中使用即時通訊的主要原因。最常使用的功能為「文字交談」與「檔案傳輸」。(2)即時通訊有助於促進團隊合作,增進成員之間在工作或情感的關係,內部互動更為緊密。(3)就讀於資訊傳播科系,或者使用即時通訊的經驗越高,在團隊中使用即時通訊的行為越趨於正向。(4)團隊中使用即時通訊的行為對於團隊合作亦有正面的影響。(5)資訊傳播科系的大學生更認為即時通訊有助於促進團隊合作。 即時通訊有助於促進團隊合作。團隊成員適當的使用即時通訊,相信可帶來不錯的工作成效,擁有高品質的互動環境。
Instant messenger is helpful to promote interpersonal communication and team project interaction. The purpose of the study is to explore how college students use Instant messenger to interact with team members, how Instant messenger impacts team cooperation, and how usage behavior impact team cooperation. This study adopts a network analysis methods and sampling for 7 communication departments of 4 colleges, based on cluster-sampling basis, which composes in “3-12” members, 395 valid samples were determined. The collected data are processed and analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, social network analysis, T-Test, Pearson Product-moment Correlation Coefficient and multiple regression analysis. The results are as followed: (1) College students use Instant messenger to interact with team members about 2 to 3 times a week, 1 to 1.5 hours a day. They handle and solve problem about work or emotion problem by Instant messenger, use actively, and confirm the immediate benefit of Instant messenger.「Immediately interact」、「The ignorance of distance」、「Multitasking」、「low cost」are main factors that college students use Instant messenger in team.「Text-based Conversation」、「File Transfer」is one of the popular applications. (2) Instant messenger is helpful to cooperate, promote personal relationship, and interact closely in project team.(3)The usage behavior of college students who major in information communication department, or have a high usage experience of Instant messenger is tended to “positive”. (4) Instant Messenger usage behavior in team has a positive affect on team project cooperation. (5) College students who major in information communication department think that Instant Messenger is the most helpful to promote team project cooperation Instant messenger is helpful to promote team project cooperation. If team members use Instant messenger appropriately, they will have a better work performance, and create an interaction environment with high quality.
