摘要


中文摘要 本論文主要目的為研製一數位電視無線中繼器,其功能是為了增加在數位電視頻段訊號品質,將接收到的弱訊號經過這中繼器去增加訊號強度並改善整體接收路徑數位電視訊號的雜訊指數,再將訊號經由天線傳送至收訊不好的室內,並經由無線的方式去含蓋整個區域,同時可以讓多台數位電視接收機接收訊號,在弱訊號地區也能清楚的接收到數位電視訊號,並減少室內繁雜的佈線。 文中的工作主要是針對數位電視頻率頻段下去設計其中繼器所需的低雜訊放大器(LNA)及功率放大器(PA),並選擇其所需的接收和發射天線來搭配使用。此論文中設計的低雜訊放大器及功率放大器所使用的主動元件為安高華(Avago)公司生產的ATF-531P8及ATF-511P8,搭配射頻電路設計軟體(ADS),並依據射頻電路(RF Circuit)的相關理論下去做所需的阻抗匹配,並將實際製作於FR4印刷電路板上,最後將完成之電路量測其整體的S參數,並去實際量測在現實的環境是否有達到我們想要的改善效果。

ABSTRACT This thesis presents a design of a wireless signal repeater for the applications of digital TV reception. It is consisted of two antennas, a low noise amplifier (LNA) and a high power amplifier (PA).One of the antennas is used to receive signals that are significantly strong at a place where the repeater will be used. The received signal will now go through LNA to reduce noises and further strength by PA to increase the power density; which is then re-radiated by the second antenna. These strategies allow the TV signal strengths to increase by many dBs depending on the availability of PA, and can be used in places such as basements, where TV signals are very weak. Experimental results shows that this repeater allows the TV signals well received when the receiver deeply inside a room.
