購併背後通常隱含著巨大的組織變革,不論是企業組織文化面與資訊系統面都必須適應此變更,優良且具競爭力的企業才能在此過程中順利過關。本研究採用Delone and McLean IS success model 資訊系統成功模式理論來分析與評估個案F公司併購後ERP系統整合的整體績效結果,並衡量與評定其效益是否彰顯。並藉由個案研究之結論針對先前文獻中所探討之關鍵成功因素相互呼應,以供國內未來參與併購企業導入企業資源規劃系統之參考。 本研究採取個案研究的方法,針對F公司在進行企業併購後所因應的ERP系統整合問題,探討系統整合的效益對企業經營績效的影響。經由公司內部不同類型員工的訪談回應資料,做分析及比較,找出影響企業資訊系統整合的考量因素,發現了系統、人、流程和財務等因素對企業進行系統整合時的影響。經由本研究找出一個系統整合的最佳模式及所需要考量的因素,提供給企業在進行資訊系統整合時的參考資料,以幫助企業在進行資訊系統整合時,能獲得最好的效益。
Mergers and acquisitions usually imply enormous organizational changes. For both the view of organizational culture or the information system, the well company which has competitive advantages must to learn how to follow and overcome the changes to survive. This study is based on the the frame “IS Success Model” developed by DeLone & McLean (2003), develops a methodology trying to verify what are the key factors exist in a successful model for F-Company. The purpose of this research is to conclude and summarize possible key factors which effect ERP user satisfaction, system effect, net effect for organization and then to take good control of these factors with a view to integrating enterprise’s internal resource and operating ERP system effectively and speedily, with limited resource available and the consideration of User satisfaction. By the method of case study, this study is trying to bring some conclusion for F-company. We hope this case study could help some company which is just merged and need to do ERP System Integration.
