摘要

Web 2.0概念於二○○四年出現，雖然只有短短五年的時間，但對人類社會所造成的影響並不亞於網際網路出現時的情況，其「網路即為平台」與「使用者為中心」的理念，將網際網路從以資訊為主的網路連結轉變成以人為主的架構。Web 2.0以開放取代獨佔、以參與發揮集體智慧、以創造達成使用者共產、以共享促進內容整合等四大特徵，實現了網路民主、社群合作、雙向溝通、個人平權及互動分享的理念。

隨著時代的轉變，在後現代博物館學概念中，開始重視觀眾的感覺，強調觀眾的參與，與觀眾進行溝通，達成良好互動。而以使用者在網路上產生的互動與分享為應用基礎的Web 2.0科技，恰與後現代博物館學以「人」為中心的取向十分符合，因此博物館運用Web 2.0這種高度互動性的新技術來強化與觀眾間的關係，不僅符合了後現代博物館學以觀眾為導向的理念，也拓展了數位互動科技與Web 2.0的領域，在新資訊時代賦予博物館不同面貌，提升其行銷、展示、溝通與知識傳遞能力。

Web 2.0 has great impact on human society since 2004. It changes the frame of internet from information-centered to human-centered by its two major concepts “the web as platform” and “User Centric”. And its four characteristics: openness, participation, creation and sharing realize the democracy, community cooperation, two-way communication and interaction in the internet world.

The post-modern museology in mid-twenty century emphasizes the participation, perception and experience of audiences. This respect for audience is very close to Web 2.0’s human-centered concept. Therefore, using the highly interactive technology of Web 2.0 to strengthen the relationship between museums and audiences, not only accords with the human-center concept of post-modern museology, but also expands the domain of interactive digital technology and Web 2.0, which entrusts the museums with different aspects in the new information era, to promote its marketing, demonstration, communication and knowledge transmission ability.
