台灣近年來由於金融業大整併,金控公司紛紛成立,各大金控底下的子公司業務進入了整合性行銷階段。亦即金控底下的金融業務是交叉銷售,使得保險業務的工作也漸趨多元化。社會經濟蓬勃發展,人民知識學歷相對提昇,對於金融產品的專業素養及服務品質的要求也日益增加。金融保險業務競爭激烈,從事保險業務登錄人數19萬人,而國人投保率也已達200%,金控公司跨足保險、銀行、證券業等,使得業務的行銷的通路多元化,經營模式必須利用團隊合作的經營模式,資源才能共享並充份使用。目前台灣有2300萬人口,在跨業經營的情況下傳統業務行銷受到衝擊甚大,金控公司競相瓜分保險業的客戶,使保險市場的競爭日益嚴竣,傳統壽險業務員必須透過學習及提昇個人的服務品質來保有市場。而基層業務主管的職能更是決定團隊優劣的重要關鍵。 本研究係以國泰人壽區主任為例,來探討主管領導風格對員工創新能力與團隊績效間的關係,並分析員工的人格特質是否在此關係中扮演著干擾角色。研究的方法首先係採量化問卷發放調查的方式收集本研究所需之數據,而後利用探索性因素分析萃取出衡量的變數,並經迴歸分析法來實證結果並做出結論與建議。 在研究結果發現如下: 1. 領導風格對創新能力有顯著影響。 2. 創新能力對團隊績效呈正向影響。 3. 領導風格對團隊績效有顯著影響。 4. 人格特質對領導風格與創新能力間之關係具有干擾效果。 5. 人格特質對創新能力與團隊績效間之關係具有干擾效果。 6. 創新能力在領導風格與團隊績效間具有中介效果
