運用專利書目資料提昇專利文件比對效果之研究

摘要


二十一世紀為智慧財產權的世紀,只有把智慧財產權當成利基,方能將公司無形資產擴充至極限,提高競爭優勢。正因專利對於企業的重要性很高,而專利資訊上的應用,多樣且複雜,如何在如茫茫大海般的專利文件中,將專利資料轉換為企業所需之有效資訊與情報,運用在得知競爭對手或自己專利的狀況,以避免誤碰他人領土,變成相當重要的課題。 而為避免研發的成功為悲慘的開始或避免別人有意或無意侵犯領土範圍,事前工作及維護工作是不可避免的。但因專利文件的數量爆增,伴隨著意謂專利工程師的工作量隨之增加,為減輕專利工程師之工作份量,運用資訊科技來協助專利工程師已成為近日趨勢。過去有許多研究將資料探勘分析技術應用到專利文件分類上,卻忽略掉了專利資訊本身有用的資訊,若能將專利裡面這些重要的資訊,應用到專利文件的比對上,或許可以提供一個更好的專利文件比對方法。因此,本研究根據國內學者李駿翔等人之研究,提出加入專利文件具有公信力的書目資料,試以提昇專利文件比對的成效。故本研究之目的主要為:(1) 運用專利書目資料及相對權重,輔助其比對之成效。(2) 確認最佳專利書目比對組合的可能性。因此,本研究利用基因轉殖生物領域做為實驗資料,經由五階段的測試實驗,主要證明本研究的目的以及給予未來研究者開創專利分析的另一項標的。故本研究主要的結論為:(1) 關鍵技術詞的專利欄位選取有助於專利文件比對之成效。(2) 專利書目分類器有助於專利文件比對之成效。(3) 有效用的專利書目分類器,給予同等值的專利書目相對權重有助於專利文件比對之成效。(4) 驗證在GMO領域中,存在最佳專利書目比對組合的可能性。

The 21st century is the century of intellectual property rights. Only takes the intellectual property rights as the base of advantages, will help the company intangible asset expand to the limits and raise the advantage of competitive. Because of patent takes important rule of enterprise. However the applications of patent information are diverse and complex. How to use the patent documents like boundless sea, transforms the important patent material for the enterprise. It becomes important work. In case of avoid the success of researches becomes the beginning of tragedy and the others having no intention to encroach upon the territory scope. It’s inevitable that prior work and the maintenance work should be done. The workload of the patent engineer is increase with the quantity of patent document has explodes. Reducing the workload of the patent engineer, it is recently that using the information technology to assist patent engineer has become the main stream. In the past that many researches applies the data mining technology to classifying the patent documents, actually neglected the useful information of patent itself. It will become good method if we could apply this useful patent information in patent match. The article is basis on researches of the Chun-Hsiang Lee, will join the powerful of patent bibliography and try to increase the result of patent match. These goals of this research are: (1) utilizes the patent bibliography and the relative weight, assists the result of patent match. (2) confirmed the possibility of the best patent bibliography. This research data using the Genetically Modified Organisms(GMO) to test. By test experiment of five stages, the experiment result will give the future researcher to found the patent analysis. The conclusions of this research: (1) It’s conductive to the patent matches’ result that patent data selection of the technical keyword. (2) the patent bibliography is helpful for patent match. (3) An effective patent bibliography which gives the same relative weight is helpful to the result of patent match. (4) Verified the possibility of the existence best patent bibliography in the GMO domain.
