The Development of A Patent Analysis and Recommendation System Using Social Network Analysis

摘要


過去有許多研究將資料探勘應用到專利文件的分類上,卻忽略了專利資訊本身有用的資訊,若能將專利裡面這些重要的資訊應用到專利文件的比對推薦上,或許可以提供一個更好的專利文件比對方法。因此,本研究提出社會網路分析法,並運用專利文件中書目資料之特性,試圖去提高推薦專利文件之準確度。主要希望證明本研究之目的並給予未來研究者開創專利分析的另外一項標的。故本研究主要的結論為:(1)以社會網路為基礎的專利文件推薦系統能有效的推薦專利文件給予使用者。(2)以專利書目為社會網路法中專利文件節點之間的連接強度設定上,專利書目存在最佳的組合。

There are many past studies will be applied to data mining patents on theclassification of documents, while ignoring the patent information itself usefulinformation, if there will be patent application of these important information to thepatent documents than the recommended, may provide a better The patent documentsthan the method. Therefore, the study of social network analysis, and use ofbibliographic information in patent documents of identity, to try to improve therecommendation of the accuracy of the patent documents. To prove that the mainpurpose of this study was to give future researchers and to create a separate analysisof the patent subject. Therefore, the main conclusions of this study are: (1) to socialnetwork-based system of patent documents can recommend the recommendation ofpatent documents to the user. (2) to patent law books for the community networknodes in the patent documents link between the intensity settings, the existence of the best books of the patent portfolio.
