中醫脈診之工程技術分析

摘要


因工程技術皆會藉由申請專利進而保護其智慧財產權,因此藉由專利資料庫的收集、研究及分析,以了解現今各領域中工程技術之概況。本研究以中醫脈診之工程技術為例,探討其感測技術之近年發展趨勢。市售脈診儀即為脈診工程之結合產物,透過對脈診儀的分析,以了解實際脈診工程技術的應用情況。 本論文研究方法主要是藉由搜尋各國脈診之相關專利,以統計之方法分析脈診專利之保護型式、感測技術及相關應用,工程技術以其隨年代之演進,對各感測技術依項目做出分類、歸納圖表,並進而推估脈診關鍵技術的未來發展趨勢。 本論文共收集100項脈診相關專利,將脈診關鍵感測技術區分為壓電式、應變計式、電容式、LVDT、PPG、光學式、超音波等七類感測器技術。依專利申請之保護型則分為系統、方法、感測元件三類。依專利應用型式則分為不可攜、可攜、無線、穿戴式等四類。 經由對脈診專利的感測技術及市售脈診儀的功能比較,發現具備隨身攜帶且方便量測的產品規格,逐年呈現上昇之趨勢,近年整體脈診專利申請項數成倍數成長,脈診專利幾乎都是台、中、日、韓所申請,且脈診感測技術趨向多樣化發展。

Due to the engineering techniques apply patents for ensuring the intellectual property rights that we collect the patents database for research and analysis to understand the current situation of engineering techniques. This research is based on the techniques of Chinese Medicine Pulse Diagnosis to discuss the developing trend of sensor techniques. The pulse meters are the combination of Chinese Medicine Pulse Diagnosis to analyze the pulse and to understand the application of pulse diagnosis techniques. This research method focuses on finding the pulse diagnosis related patents global wide and gather statistics about the patents forms, sensing technology, applications and the developing of pulse diagnosis for categorizing to speculate the future trend of pulse diagnosis. We collected 100 pulse diagnosis related patents. First, according to sensing technology were divided into seven as below: Piezo-eectric sensor, Strain Gauge, Capacitive pressure sensor, LVDT, PPG, Optical sensor and Ultrasonic sensor. Second, according the insurance of patents were divided into three as below: system, method and sensing method. Third, according the application of patents were divided into four as below: importable, portable, wireless and wearable. After comparing the function between patents applied sensing technology and pulse meters, we found the portable and easy to measure products are gaining recently. Besides, the patents are applied doubled by Taiwan, China, Japan and Korea to develop techniques in diversity.
