「能力地圖」﹝C Map﹞能突顯教學特色,讓學生深入了解個人專業領域、品格及未來職涯之規劃等構面落實學生學習成效之考量。本論文就是要以能力指標為研究中心,藉由分析學生參與課外活動,將活動與學生的學習數量化,並相互對應比較,就能力指標建構活動能力地圖及志工的能力地圖,來呈現學生學習能力與成績。 針對能力指標的建構,本研究思考到幾個極待解決的問題:參與課外活動是否可以提昇學習能力?活動與學生學習能力有何相關聯?何種因子能夠影響學生的學習?學生參與活動的性質不同如何去界定?現有的機制是否可以提供相關的資訊,作為量化的資料?為解決這一連串的提問,將從整合課外組相關系統著手。在確認資料傳輸的完整之後,我們將提出各活動的相關因子,並給予相關因子量化,在幹部人數上給予定規,限定在合理的範圍。最後,建構所有因子的能力指標值,將相關的活動及幹部與志工做結合,建立相關的計算式,再以統計分析方式驗證算式的可行性。 本論文期許透過能力指標的建構,使學生提升學習能力績效,建構個人良好的學習規劃。特別是要使中原學生在課外活動中的學習能力有正確的評估,並建立能力品格的指標,在將來學習方向及人生、就業規劃,有清楚的藍圖。
Capacity Map (C-Map) underlines the features of teaching, which enrich students’ better understanding of their individual professional field, character, the preparation of future career and other aspects in order to carry out the assessment of students’ learning outcomes. This research thus focuses on capacity index, aiming to reveal students’ learning capacities and scores by analyzing students’ participation in extracurricular activities, as well as quantifying extracurricular activities and students’ learning outcomes for correlational comparsions. Regarding the development of capacity index, this study addresses the following questions. Can participation in extracurricular activities promote students’ learning capacities? In what ways, there is a connection between extracurricular activities and students’ learning capacities? Which variable(s) can influence students’ learning? How to define different types of extracurricular activities? Can the current system provide related information to undertake quantitative analysis? To answer those questions, the researcher first integrates relevant systems in the Unit of Student Affairs in Extracurricular Activities to secure the completeness of raw research data. Secondly, the researcher proposes variables related to each extracurricular activity and quantify these variables, and to define the number of staff taking charge of activities within a reasonable scope. Finally, the researcher develops the index point of all capability indices, establishes relevant statistical formulas by incorporating relevant extracurricular activities with the number of staff and volunteers, and operates stastical analysis to ensure the feasibility of these statistical formulas. This thesis seeks to develop capacity index to enhance students’ learning outcomes, to plan and manage their learning well. In particular, the development of capacity index accurately evaluate the Chung Yuan Christian University students’ learning capacities when participating in extracurricular activities, develop the capacity index for ‘character’, and allow students to develop a clear blueprint of their learning directions, life and career planning in the future.
