戰後台灣室內裝修產業之木作櫥櫃演化影響因素研究

台灣從1960年代開始，由農業社會逐漸轉型為出口導向的工業社會，國家經濟力與消費力提升，連帶地與食衣住行密切相關的產業，也紛紛產生變革與產生新興行業。這其中，棲身於室內裝修產業的木作櫥櫃行業，也在居住水準與居住品味隨著經濟力提升的過程中，產生了行業生態與樣貌的大變化。　　木作櫥櫃行業從早期1940年代以木工師傅提供基礎櫥櫃客製訂製模式，接著從1960年代開始在台灣經貿蓬勃發展下，配合室內裝修需求供不應求，到了1990年代，因國際化等因素，大型的櫥櫃工廠及系統化家具陸續引入，導引市場進入質變，除了高階客製化櫥櫃市場依然暢旺，中產階級的木作市場幾乎為標準化的系統櫥櫃廠商所取代，而木作櫥櫃業者本身則面臨著木工工匠人才供需失衡、人才養成與傳承等問題。　　本研究關注台灣的木作櫥櫃產業發展，希望能透過文獻探討與從業專家的訪談，瞭解與整理從戰後到目前，木作櫥櫃產業所經歷的過程，並且運用層級分析法（Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP）評估台灣木作廚櫃產業發展的影響因素，以專家訪談所得結果設計AHP問卷，並對相關從業人員進行問卷採訪，以獲得各項發展影響因素之權重。

Since the 1960s, Taiwan has gradually transformed from an agricultural society to an export-oriented industrial society. The country's economic and consumption power have increased, and industries closely related to food, clothing, housing and transportation have also undergone changes and emerging. Among them, the wooden cabinet industry, which integrated in the interior decoration industry, has also undergone major changes in the ecology and appearance of the industry as the living standards and living taste are improved with the economic power. In the early 1940s, the wooden cabinet industry provided basic cabinet custom-made models by woodworkers. Then from the 1960s, Taiwan’s economy and trade were booming. The demand for interior decoration was in short supply. By the 1990s, internationalization and other factors brought large-scale cabinets. The introduction of factories and systematic furniture has led the market to a qualitative change. In addition to the high-end customized cabinet market, which is still thriving, the middle-class wood market is almost replaced by standardized system cabinet manufacturers, and wood cabinet manufacturers themselves are facing the problem of imbalance between supply and demand of talents for woodworking craftsmen, talent cultivation and inheritance, etc. This research focuses on the development of the wood cabinet industry in Taiwan, aims that through literature discussion and interviews with industry experts, we can understand and organize the evolution process of the wood cabinet industry from the post-war period to the present. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assess the influencing factors of the development of Taiwan's wood-made cabinet industry. The AHP questionnaires based on the results of expert interviews, and conduct questionnaire interviews with relevant practitioners to obtain the weight of various development influencing factors.
