本研究旨在探討國民小學學習型組織發展現況與內涵,從不同背景變項之差異著手分析,進而探討南投縣國小發展學習型組織的情形,最後將主要發現與結論做成建議,供國民小學校長、教師和教育行政單位運作的參考。 本研究採用問卷調查法,以「國民小學學習型組織發展現況調查問卷」為調查工具,採學校分層隨機抽樣與施測者立意抽樣方式,並以南投縣國民小學教師為研究對象,有效樣本教師部分為242份。所得的資料以SPSS 10.0 for Windows 統計套裝軟體進行分析,並以描述性統計、t 考驗與單因子變異數分析等統計方式進行考驗,獲得以下結論: (一)南投縣的國民小學教師其性別對學校發展學習型組織知覺並無顯著差異。 (二)南投縣的國民小學教師其服務年資越長者對學校發展學習型組織知覺越高。 (三)南投縣的國民小學教師其最高學歷為碩士以上,或是師大、師院及大學教育系,對學校發展學習型組織知覺較高。 (四)南投縣的國民小學教師其擔任行政職務者對學校發展學習型組織知覺較高。 (五)南投縣的國民小學其學校規模為12班以下之教師對學校發展學習型組織知覺 較高。 (六)南投縣的偏遠地區國小之教師對學校發展學習型組織知覺較高。
The purpose of this thesis is to discuss the current development of the learning organization in elementary schools and its related intuition and intention. By conducting from examining the discrepancy of different scopes of setting, then, from the circumstances of this learning organization in Nantou County elementary schools, it summarized the key findings as well as made some suggestions along with the conclusion as the reference for school principals, instructors, and educational administrative divisions. Questionnaire has been adopted in this research as the examination tool. The questionnaire, adopted by random sampling from different latitudes of a school and by the determinacy of the conductor, takes instructors of Nantou County elementary school as the research objects. After excluding some fallacious data, there are 242 valid samples in hand. With SPSS 10.0 for Windows as the statistical software, all data then have been analyzed by the description statistics, the t-test and single variable ANOVA to test their robustness. The conclusions are as followings: 1. The impact is not statistically significant among instructors of Nantou County elementary schools for the perception of development of the learning organization in terns of the gender of instructors 2. The longer the seniority as an instructor in the Nantou county elementary school is, the higher the perception of the development of the learning organization is. 3. The higher the education is, especially people with master degree or above, or with their education in National Taiwan Normal school, teacher’s school and department of education in universities, the greater the perception of the development of the learning organization is. 4. Instructors with administrative position in the elementary school of Nantou County have higher perception of the development of the learning organization. 5. In Nantou County, instructors of the elementary school with size of 12 classes or fewer have higher perception of the development of the learning organization. 6. In Nantou County, instructors of elementary school in remote districts have higher perception of the development of learning organization.
