未婚單身族群孤寂感、老年適應、生活滿意度之相關研究

台灣目前面臨初婚平均年齡延遲、晚婚、不婚比率越來越高趨勢，隨之而來的少子化、老年化、工作年齡人口等變化衝擊乃至單身議題備受社會關注。本研究目的在瞭解三十歲以上未婚單身族群的孤寂感、老年適應與生活滿意度之現況，並進一步探討其相關性。採用問卷調查法，以全台灣三十歲以上從未結婚的單身男女做為研究對象，共收回387份有效問卷。資料分析包含描述性統計、簡單迴歸分析、皮爾森積差相關分析、階層迴歸分析等。研究結果發現，(一)未婚單身族群孤寂感會因性別、經濟收入的不同而有顯著差異(二)未婚單身族群老年適應會因經濟收入的不同而有顯著差異(三)未婚單身族群的孤寂感對生活滿意度具有負向影響(四)未婚單身族群的老年適應對生活滿意度具有正向影響。最後，依據研究結果，提出實務與未來研究建議。

Taiwan is currently facing a delay in the average age of first marriage, and higher rates of late marriage and non-marriage. The ensuing impacts on declining birthrate, aging, working-age population, and even singleness issues have attracted social attention. The purpose of this study is to understand the current status of loneliness, old age adaptation and life satisfaction among unmarried singles who are over 30 years of age, and to further explore their correlations. This study uses a questionnaire survey method, and the research subjects in this study are all Taiwanese single men and women who are over the age of 30 and have never been married, and then a total of 387 valid questionnaires have been collected. Data analysis includes Descriptive statistics, Simple regression analysis, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient, and Hierarchical regression analysis. The results of the study has found the following: First, the sense of loneliness among unmarried singles varies significantly depending on genders and income levels. Second, the old age adaptation of unmarried single groups varies significantly depending on income leavels. Third, the loneliness of the unmarried single group has a negative impact on life satisfaction. Fourth, the old age adaptation of the unmarried single group has a positive effect on life satisfaction. At the end, future research practices and recommendations are provided based on the research results.
