離婚新住民家庭單親父親之親職經驗研究

本研究旨在探討曾迎娶新住民而後離婚的單親父職經驗以及父職角色的內涵，並探討在家庭解組之後，新住民家庭的單親父職面臨了哪些挑戰與如何因應。本研究使用之研究方法為Clandinin&Connelly（2003）的敘說探究，透過訪談與逐字稿轉騰，最後選取主題段落並完整呈現單親父職的故事，並針對三位新住民家庭單親父職的故事做綜合討論，研究發現與結果如下：新住民家庭的單親父職，其角色受其原生家庭父親角色影響，早年經驗缺乏內在情感的表達，因此在後來與子女互動與教養上也變成雖有意願但不擅於處理子女情緒，缺乏策略。父職角色在離婚後為了家人會調整工作與家庭的比重，必要時會請次系統或是延伸家庭來協助。新住民單親父職離婚後經濟狀況不會有太多的變化，反而可能減少支出。且因為太太的文化及語言限制，新住民單親父職將子女教育視為自己父職實踐最重要的項目，因此離婚後在親師溝通上沒有太大的變動。而新住民家庭單親父職在父職參與上最常進行的活動是共廚與看電視，對子女最大的要求便是順利長大不要走偏就好。而新住民太太在離婚之後會持續留在同縣市或附近地區，與單親父職家庭及其子女有所互動與連結，而母職在單親父職的角色裡扮演互補的作用，補齊了子女情感關懷、提供額外物質以及衛教知識。

The research aims to explore the parenthood experience of single fathers who divorced from new immigrant families and what challenges they have to face. Narrative inquiry is used and selected in this research, and the researcher uses the analysis model proposed by Clandinin and Connelly. The results are as follows: The role of the single father in new immigrant family influenced by the father's of his family that provided the economy but lack of strategies on expressing their feelings, so it becomes hard to interact with children and deal with their emotions. Single father have to adjust the proportion of work to family and sometimes ask for assistance from other members from his family. The economic status of single father doesn’t have much change. Because of the limit of his wife, they regard their children's education as the most important project in their parenthood and less change in the communication with teachers. The activities for single father and their children in the daily life are cooking and watching television. The most important requirement for their children is to grow up safely and don’t have any deviation. The ex-wife will remain in the same county or nearby area to interact and connect with their children. The motherhood plays a complementary role in single fathers’ families and complements emotional care of children, providing additional material and health knowledge.
