我國科技大學通識教育實施架構模式之研究

摘要


本研究旨在建立我國科技大學通識教育實施之架構模式,研究者分別探究大學與科技大學之發展與教育功能、通識教育理論探索、哲學思維下全人理想目標之內涵,以及我國科技大學通識教育實施架構模式之整體概念,以為研究發展我國科技大學通識教育實施架構模式之理論基礎。 研究並透過文獻探討、內容分析法、和Delphi法的運用,進?資?的蒐集、分析與討?,而獲致由背景、投入、運作與輸出4大部分組成之我國科技大學通識教育實施架構模式,其中,背景部分(context part)包含外部背景因素與內部背景因素;投入部分(input part)包含學生個體與學校整體,運作部分(process part)包含目標、組織、課程、教學、師資與文化共6項範疇(category),並分析歸納為18個項目(item)與52項內涵(content);輸出部分(output part)則為通識教育全人理想目標之25項內涵。 最後,本研究依據研究目的與研究結?,提出科技大學通識教育實施之建議事項,以提供科技大學、教育?政機關及後續研究者之參酌。

This study aims at establishing the practice framework model of general education of technological universities in Taiwan. The researcher respectively explores the development and educational functions of universities and technological universities, the theoretical analyses of general education, the contents of whole-person ideal goals in philosophical thought, and the integral notions of practice framework model of general education of technological universities in Taiwan, so that the theoretical bases for researching and developing the practice framework model of general education of technological universities can be provided. This study, by means of literature exploring, content analysis methodology, and Delphi methodology, collects, analyzes and discusses relevant data, by which the practice framework model of general education of technological universities in Taiwan, mainly constituted by context, input, process and output parts, is acquired as a result. To be more specific, the context part includes both exterior and interior background factors; the input part consists of student individuals and school integrals while the process part covers six categories: i.e., goals, organization, curriculums, instruction, faculty and culture, from which eighteen items and fifty-two contents are accordingly analyzed and induced; last but not least, the output part refers to twenty-five contents of the whole-person ideal goals in general education. To conclude, the propositions about practice of general education in technological universities, based on the research purposes and conclusions, are presented in this study, so as to provide as a reference for the technological universities, education administrative authorities and the future researchers.
