國中健康與體育教師對九年一貫課程實施之壓力研究

摘要


本研究的目的包括:(1)瞭解國中健康與體育領域教師面對九年一貫課程實施所產生工作壓力的情況;(2)比較不同社會人口學變項的教師在九年一貫課程實施上,感受壓力程度的差別。 本研究以台北縣立國民中學健康教育以及體育教師為母群體。採取二階段抽樣的方式,共抽取了20所學校,並且以全校的健康教育老師以及體育老師為施測對象,共得有效問卷196份,回收率為91.16﹪,研究結果摘要如下: 1.以各個層面的壓力程度而言,教師的壓力感受其大小依序為:「工作負荷」、「學校行政措施」、「教學方法」、「教學內容」、「教學評量」、「人際關係」、「專業知能」。 2.本研究量表採五點計分方式,分別為沒有困擾、很少困擾、有些困擾、相當困擾、嚴重困擾,就整體而言,教師的壓力感受介於「很少困擾」與「有些困擾」之間。 3.在教學內容方面的壓力有年齡的差異,年齡越高,其感受的壓力越大。 4.在教學方法方面的壓力,男教師大於女教師;年齡越高,其感受的壓力越大;體育教師大於健康教育教師;21年以上的教師所感受的壓力最大;大專院校畢業教師大於研究所畢業教師。 5.在教學評量方面的壓力,健康教育教師大於體育教師;健康教育科系畢業教師大於體育科系畢業教師。 6.在工作負荷方面的壓力,修習碩士40學分班的教師大於未修習碩士40學分班的教師。

The goal of this research includes (1) understanding the whole condition about the pressure that junior high school health and physical education teachers get when they execute the grades curriculum alignment. (2) Comparing the differences about the teachers in different society demography variable when they face the pressure on practicing the 1st –9th grades curriculum alignment The population of this research is the health and physical teacher of the Taipei county junior high school, and using the method of two-way sampling survey. Totally, we draw twenty schools. The object of this survey is the whole health and physical teachers on the school. The available questionnaires are 196 pieces. The return rate is 91.16percent. The result of this survey is on the blow 1. According to the pressure degree of every level, the pressures that teachers get can be divided into several classes. Work load, the school administration measure, teaching method, teaching content, teaching evaluation, relationship, and professional knowledge. 2.This research uses the five points grading method:No disturbance, few disturbance, some disturbance, quite disturbance, and serious disturbance. According to the above, the pressure teachers get are between the few disturbance, and the some disturbance. 3. On teaching content, the pressure you get is depending on your ages. The older you are, the more pressure you get. 4. On teaching method, male teachers get the pressure are more than female teachers; the more older you are, the pressure you get; physical education teachers get the pressure are more than health education teachers; teachers who are teaching over 21 years get the heaviest pressure; teachers who have graduated from college get the pressure are more than those who get master degree. 。 5. On teaching evaluation, health education teachers gets the pressure are more than physical education teachers; teachers who graduated from health education department get the pressure are more than those who graduated from physical department. 6. On work load, teachers who have attended the graduated 40 credits course gets the pressure are more than those who didn’t attend the course.
