摘 要 本研究旨在探討國小運動代表隊和非運動代表隊學童在生活適應的差異情形。本研究以桃園縣績優運動代表隊所屬的八所學校五、六年級學生431人為研究對象。並以國小學童生活適應量表(吳新華,民85)施測,共得有效問卷運動代表隊學童225份及非運動代表隊學童206份,共431份。所得資料以SPSS統計套裝軟體處理,進行描述統計、t-test的比較分析,歸納研究結果得到以下結論: 一、國小運動選手的生活適應情形介於普通與良好之間,並沒有適應不良的情形產生。 二、國小運動選手與非運動選手在生活適應的「社會適應」指標比較上有差異,且 運動選手優於非運動選手。 三、女生在「功課與遊戲的調適」優於男生,而男生在「自我接受度」優於女生。 四、五年級運動選手在「自我接受度」以及「心理堅忍度」均優於六年級運動選手。 最後,根據本研究結論,提出在教育與運動訓練的應用及未來研究的建議。 關鍵詞:國小學童、運動選手、生活適應
Summary The purpose of this research is to show the difference of the life adjustment between students who are the members of the school athletic teams and general students. These students who were investigated are in the fifth and sixth grades from eight different elementary schools that are having great records on sports in Taoyuan Hsien. By taking the test (Hsin- Hua Wu, 1996) there were 431 available questionnaires. This data has been analyzed by using the software of SPSS. The conclusions are as below: 1. Athletes’ situations of the life adjustment are between average and good. 2. There is difference on the item of social adjustment between athletes and general students. Athletes can do better than general students. 3. On the item of adjustment of schoolwork and leisure, girls are doing better than boys; but boys are more outstanding on the item of self- acceptance than girls. 4. The fifth grades have better abilities on the item of self- acceptance and psychological fortitude than the sixth grades. Based on this research, I strongly suggest to do more training on education and physical education. Keywords: elementary school students, athletes, life adjustment
