空中大學學習者學習動機與學習滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討空中大學學習者之學習動機與學習滿意度,研究目的包括:一、瞭解空中大學學習者在學習動機與學習滿意度之現況。二、分析不同背景變項空中大學學習者在學習動機之差異情形。三、分析不同背景變項空中大學學習者在學習滿意度之差異情形。四、探討空中大學學習者學習動機與學習滿意度之相關程度。五、探討空中大學學習者學習動機對學習滿意度之預測力。最後根據研究結果提出具體建議,以作為相關單位參考之依據。   為達上述研究目的,且符合空中大學教學特性,本研究乃以網路問卷調查法進行研究,採自編之「空中大學學習者學習動機與學習滿意度之研究調查問卷」作為研究工具,並以國立空中大學學習者為研究對象,共獲得506份有效樣本,將蒐集之資料、調查結果以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。   經統計分析結果,本研究獲致以下結論: 一、空中大學學習者學習動機屬中高程度,其中以「求知興趣」動機最高,「外界期望」動機最低。 二、空中大學學習者學習滿意度屬中高程度,其中以「人際關係」滿意度最高,「課程內容」滿意度最低。 三、空中大學學習者學習動機受年齡、學籍、指導中心、已取得學分數、婚姻狀況、子女數、年收入影響,而具有顯著差異。 四、空中大學學習者學習滿意度受年齡、學籍、指導中心、已取得學分數、婚姻狀況、子女數、年收入影響,而具有顯著差異。 五、空中大學學習者之學習動機與學習滿意度間具有顯著正相關。 六、空中大學學習者之學習動機對學習滿意度具有預測力。

This Study is an attempt to explore the motives and satisfaction of the students with their learning at the National Open University and sought to: 1. To understand the motive and state of satisfaction of the students from learning at the National Open University; 2. Conduct an analysis of the variance of the motives of learning of the students at National Open University from different backgrounds; 3. Conduct an analysis of the variance of satisfaction from learning of the students at National Open University from different backgrounds; 4. Explore the correlation between the motives behind and satisfaction of students’ learning at National Open University; 5. Explore the forecasting power of the motive of learning on satisfaction from learning of the students at National Opening University. Recommendations are presented based on the findings from this study as reference for related institutions. This study was conducted by survey research through online questionnaire, given the purpose of study and the teaching characteristics of National Open University. The tool is the “Survey Research Questionnaire on the Motives and Satisfaction of Learning of the Students at National Open University” and the targets of this research are students at National Open University. The survey yielded 506 valid respondents. The data collected were subject to analysis with descriptive statistics, t-test of independent variables, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and stepwise multiple regression analysis. The findings from the statistical analysis led to the following conclusion in this study: I. The motive of learning of the students at National Open University ranged from moderate to high where “an interest for knowledge” remained the highest while “expectation from outside” remained the lowest. II. The satisfaction of learning of the students at National Open University ranged from moderate to high where the satisfaction of “interpersonal relation” remained the highest while the satisfaction of “content of the courses” remained the lowest. III. The motive of learning of the students at National Open University was influenced by age, school roll, learning Center, the number of credit earned, marital status, number of children, an annual income with variation at significant level. IV. The satisfaction of learning of the students at National Open University was influenced by age, school roll, learning Center, the number of credits earned, marital status, number of children, and annual income with variations at significant level. V. The motive of learning and satisfaction of learning of the students at National Open University correlated positively with each other. VI. The motive of learning of the students at National Open University has forecasting power on the satisfaction of learning of the students at National Open University.
