共享租賃車結合智慧停車系統使用意圖之研究—應用科技接受模式

A Study of Intention on The Use of Shared Rental Car with Smart Parking System-Application of Technology Acceptance Model

摘要


近年來,共享租賃車在許多國家拓展服務據點,也在臺灣快速發展,然而,回顧我國目前共享租賃車發展,還在剛起步的階段,距離國外共享租賃車能做到的甲租乙還功能,還有很大的進步空間,且服務系統經常發生技術性問題,尚缺乏便利性和穩定性。因此,本研究回顧國外業者的解決方案,發現國外業者與智慧停車服務的供應商合作,藉由智慧停車系統提供的車輛定位、停車場管理、客戶數據蒐集等功能,來提升甲租乙還模式的服務品質,也能同步提升共享租賃車整體營運的效能,因此本研究計畫將共享租賃車加入智慧停車系統作為研究。 本研究探討結合智慧停車系統的新型態共享租賃車服務,是否為消費者帶來便利性和使用意圖?研究受訪者在城市內部使用模式及城際之間使用模式兩種不同模式有哪些差異性?以及研究不同背景變項的受訪者在使用意圖和其他構面上是否產生差異性?提供共享租賃車業者作為提升服務品質和創新的方向和建議。本研究以科技接受模型結合感知風險構面作為研究架構,分別創建城市內部與城際之間兩種模型,利用結構方程模型(SEM)建立各構面間的影響關係,並透過問卷調查取得研究資料,有效樣本數為405份。最後,利用IBM SPSS與IBM SPSS AMOS進行資料計算及分析。 研究結果發現「感知有用性」為影響使用意圖的關鍵因素,意即提升共享租賃車結合智慧停車系統的使用績效,能最有效提升受訪者的使用意圖;在使用模式的差異性上,受訪者對城際模式具有較高的偏好,但考量消費者的使用需求,兩種使用模式可以獨立並行發展;而在不同背景變項受訪者的差異性上,低、中年齡層的受訪者與已具有共享租賃車使用經驗的受訪者,推銷其功能性、方便性、實用性等具有最大的效果。

In recent years, shared rental cars have expanded service divisions in many countries and are also developing rapidly in Taiwan. However, reviewing the current development of shared rental cars in Taiwan.Compared with foreign shared rental cars that can pick up in A and return in B,we still have a long way to go. In addition, technical problems often occur in the service system, and the service lacks convenience and stability. Therefore, this research reviews the solutions of foreign companies. Foreign companies find smart parking system service providers.With the functions of vehicle positioning, parking lot management, customer data collection and other functions provided by the smart parking system, the service quality of the “pick up in A and return in B model” can be improved, and the overall operation efficiency of shared rental cars can also be improved simultaneously. This research explores whether a new type of shared rental car service combined with smart parking service will bring convenience and use intentions to consumers? What are the differences between the two different modes of the intra-city and the inter-city? Are there differences in the various constructs of respondents with different background variables? The results will be provided to the shared rental car industry as suggestions for improving service quality and innovation. Finally, use software “IBM SPSS and IBM SPSS AMOS” for data calculation and analysis. This study uses the technology acceptance model combined with the perceived risk construct as the research framework to create two models of intra-city and inter-city respectively. The structural equation model (SEM) is used to establish the influence relationship between the various constructs. The research data was obtained through questionnaire surveys, and the number of valid samples was 405. The results of the study found that "perceived usefulness" is a key factor influencing use intention, which means that improving the use performance of shared rental cars combined with smart parking services can most effectively enhance the respondents' use intentions. In terms of the differences in usage patterns, the interviewees have a higher preference for the inter-city model.However, considering the needs of consumers, the two can be developed independently and in parallel. Respondents with different backgrounds, low- and middle-age respondents, and respondents with experience in using shared rental cars have the greatest effect in promoting its functionality, convenience, and practicality.
