絕望、重生、新生:一個田徑選手逐夢經驗的自我敘說

摘要


本研究透過一位田徑選手為研究者本身,自我敘說其自大學時期挑戰亞運與世大運國手,歷經四年的努力、挫折、受傷,克服恐懼與其心態調整重新站起來之歷程。目的在於透過研究者自我敘說呈現期間的挑戰與體悟,瞭解這五年的運動身涯經歷對研究者的影響與意義。本研究採質性研究之敘說探究方法,以說故事的方式呈現,重新建構其挑戰世大運與亞運的歷程。資料來源包括研究者自行反思,重要的照片與新聞媒體報紙,並於研究期間蒐集相關文件等。資料分析採用敘說分析。最後將蒐集的資料與研究文本進行結晶式整合呈現,以及表達研究者立場與反思,以提升研究文本之信實度。研究結果發現,心態上的成長與磨練,比起技術上的成長與磨練來的更重要,兩者都是運動生涯必然的課題,同時在這段歷練裡,自我認同、自我價值在生命裡扮演一個舉足輕重的角色。研究內容也藉由自己過去的運動生涯所遭遇到地問題當成借鏡,給未來的讀者們做為參考,在讀完之後能有自信的挑戰更高的目標,順利銜接未來。 關鍵詞:田徑生涯、敘說探究、運動經驗

This study goes through a domestic one of the best track and field athletes as the researcher. Also, it is an autobiography about he has challenged the Asian Games and World Universiade as a national athlete since his college years. After five years of hard work, setbacks, and injuries, he overcame fear and adjusted his mentality to stand up again. The researcher's self-narration about the experience and hard work during the five years shows the impact and significance of the researcher's sports career experience over the past five years. Through qualitative research, the methodologies are explored and presented in storytelling to reconstruct the course of challenging the Universiade and the Asian Games. Sources of information include self-reflection by the researcher, essential photos, news media and newspapers, and related documents collected during the research period. Also, this study use narrative analysis to do data analysis. Finally, the collected information and the study data are structurally integrated and presented to reflect the research's view and improve the reliability and validity of the study. However, during the four-year career of fighting for the World Universiade and the Asian Games national players, the growth and training of technology is inevitable in the sport, but in this process, the determination of self-will also plays a pivotal role. Researchers also suggest that current high school players can plan their goals and dreams in their sports career as soon as possible if they have the opportunity.
