創業教育之課程設計與學習成效探討— 以桃園市某高職青創活力營之行動研究為例

摘要


近年來高職創業教育已成為世界各國的熱門潮流議題,並成為許多年輕人努力追求的目標,創業教育對於國家的經濟成長更是不容小覷。年輕世代是最具有活力、創新、創業潛能的群體。因此,培育出高職學生具備創業能力,亦愈來愈受到學校教育的重視,多數的技職校院非常積極推動課程設計與落實學習成效,更將其視行動研究為不可或缺的關鍵要素。 本研究以參與「行行出狀元之青創活力營」課程的高職生進行相關創業教育之研究,希望藉由此活力營介紹行行出狀元與各行各業的認識,並運用微型創業和透過創業競賽遊戲,體驗創業過程的要素與風險評估。此外,更佐以企劃書之設計和實作,讓學生學習企劃書的撰寫與演練。希冀能作為高職校群在創新創業教育的教學計劃與實施的參考,進而增進培育高職創業能力之目的。

In recent years, higher vocational entrepreneurship education has become a hot trend issue in all countries of the world, and become the goal that many young people strive to pursue, Besides,entrepreneurship education for the country's economic growth should not be underestimated. Younger generations are the most dynamic, innovative and entrepreneurial potential groups. so. cultivate higher vocational students with entrepreneurial ability, has also received increasing attention from school education, most technical and vocational schools are very active in promoting curriculum design and implementation of learning outcomes, it is also seen as an indispensable key element in the action research. This research participates in “Entrepreneurship Vitality Camp” conducts research the correlation entrepreneurship education, hope through this vitality camp all the succesors of various industries andoccupations' understanding,can be introduced,using micro-entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial competition games, to experience the entrepreneurship process essential factor ,and risk assessment. In let the student study the business by proposal design and practice. It hopes to be the references for the high vocational schools to make their innovation and entrepreneur education and implementation to enhance the students entrepreneurship ability.
