天下雜誌424期中報導(張漢宜,2009),日本企業一股以血型來遴選人才的趨勢,當老闆招聘新人、主管分派工作時,不再只是考量學歷、經歷與能力,而是員工與生俱來無法改變的「血型」,會是什麼情形?日本學者古川竹二(1927)在「血型分類與性格學」的研究中指出,人因血型分類不同,各自具有不同的氣質,同一血型分類,具有共同的氣質。Skinner (1974)也指出人類行為的起因,可能是決定於人格或環境,因此對於人格更不能不加以探討。 企業始於人,也止於人; 隨著國際經營環境的變遷,企業版圖的擴展,當企業處於管理人才嚴重不足的情況下,其管理人才的選、育、用、留就更顯得格外的重要。管理人才除了必須擁有豐富的專業知識外,其直接或間接可能會影響到個人行為表現與組織發展的血型與人格特質更是不得不加以重視。 因此本研究目的,想要探討管理者的血型、人格特質與工作績效之關聯性為何?以做為企業人力資源之選、育、用、留參考。本研究將以各個產業中不同階層的管理者為研究調查之對象,進行問卷發放與回收,經由統計檢定之敘述性分析、變異數分析與迴歸分析等研究方法來加以探討與驗證管理者的血型、人格特質對工作績效之影響情況。 經由上述統計分析結果,本研究之重要發現如下: 一、管理者的血型對人格特質具有顯著影響。 二、管理者的血型對工作績效並無直接顯著影響。 三、管理者的人格特質對工作績效具有顯著影響。 四、管理者的血型與人格特質交互作用下對工作績效具有顯著影響。
There is the paper report in the 424th edition of CommonWealth magazine (Mr. Chang, Han-Yi, 2009), Japan company normally selects their managers per blood types. When recruiting and conducting the job arrangement, it is not only considering the education, working experiences and performance, but also considering the blood types which bounded with the candidates themselves. What will be differences regarding to the blood types ? The research paper of “Blood Type and Characterology” from a Japan scholar , Mr. Furukawa Takezi (1929) : The human will have different characteristics based on different blood types. Those people who have the same blood type will have the same characteristic. Skinner (1974) also pointed out that the human behavior based on personality or environment. That’s why we need to investigate the personality also. The enterprise is start from human being. It is also ended by human being ! Based on the changing of international business environment and extending business, when company lacks of excellent managers, it is very important for enterprise to select/train/use/keep the managers. Those managers who should have the good knowledge of handling/manage the tasks assigned to them. Sometimes, it is very important to understand the direct or indirect influence by the Blood Type and Personality. This object of this study is focus on the returned survey reports from the managers in the different industries. The applied statistic methods are Descriptive Statistics, Factor Analysis and Multiple Regression. We had investigated and verified “How the blood type and different personality will influence the outcomes of job performance through the enterprise”. The major observations from these investigation and analysis are: 1.he manager’s blood type has potential influence the manager’s personality. 2.The manager’s blood type has no direct influence to the job performance. 3.The manager’s personality has potential direct influence to the job performance. 4.The different combinations of blood types and personalities have potential influence to the job performance for the enterprise.
