農會一直以來扮演著地方金融的角色,對於農民的服務,舉凡金融、農業技術、保險、產銷等等,是農民最依賴的組織,員工雇用及業務經營皆與該地區形成緊密的關係,且對農村經濟扮演著重要的角色。然而,面對台灣加入WTO後的貿易開放,新銀行之設立及國際金融海嘯的影響,直接影響到基層農會經營之困境,在面臨這樣激烈的衝擊與競爭之下,對現有農會員工的工作壓力必然有所影響。 本研究即以雲林縣各級農會員工為研究對象,探討其工作壓力、工作滿意度與組織承諾間之關係。本研究利用問卷調查方法並以SPSS統計軟體進行問卷結果分析,分析結果歸納如下: 1. 工作壓力個別構面以「人際關係」最高,介於「同意」與「普通」之間。 2. 工作滿意度各構面以「外在滿足」最高,介於「同意」與「普通」之間;「組織滿意」最低,認同程度是介於「不同意」與「普通」之間。 3. 組織承諾構面以「努力承諾」最高,介於「同意」與「普通」之間。 4. 工作壓力與工作滿意度及組織承諾間呈現中度正相關。
Farmers’ Association has been played an important role in local financial service and economy for a long time. Today’s Farmers’ Association is facing more rigid business environment than ever before due to the increasing competitions in the local market. Therefore, the job related condition of Farmers’ Association employees has also been affected. The objective of this study is to use questionnaire approach in investigating the relationship among job stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment in the Farmers’ Associations. Employees from all Farmers’ Associations in Yunlin County are slected as the research subjects. The results of this study are listed in the following: 1.The highest job stress dimension is “human relation” which is between “agree” and “neutral”. 2.The highest job satisfaction dimension is “extrinsic satisfaction” which is between “agree” and “neutral”. 3.The highest organizational commitment dimension is “effort commitment” which is between “agree” and “neutral”. 4.There is moderately positive relationship among job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment.
