運用商業智慧及資料探勘技術分析 大學生核心能力-以某大學資訊管理系為例

Using Business Intelligence and Data Mining Techniques to Analyze Undergraduate Students’ Core Competencies-An Example of Department of Information Management in a University

摘要

目前發展的資訊科技產業裡，人力資源需求有一定標準，本研究配合資訊科技產業需求，提供整合性平台來輔助學校培育出更符合資訊業需求人才。
因此，本研究應用商業智慧結合資料探勘技術的架構，以便快速分析學生核心能力，進而幫助學生更清楚修課核心能力狀況，提升學生尋找合適的就業資訊類職稱的效率；提供大學資訊管理學系作為課程規劃設計的參考。
將透過加權後的核心能力分數，運用C5.0決策樹進行決策分類，最後將結果導回核心能力平台與商業智慧平台，做呈現與進一步分析。

The quality of human resources is very important in information technical industrials. Therefore, university educations have to foster the professional manpower to fit the requirements of enterprise. Meanwhile, students also need to improve their competence by several approaches: studying proper courses, obtaining professional certificates. Therefore, departments of university have to design the complete and correct leaning path and course outline.
Consequently, this study tries to propose a system to analyze students’ core competence by integrating business intelligence and data mining techniques. It can help students realize their learning situations and provide advices of suitable occupations. Whole process is computed by using weighted factor obtained by C5.0. Finally, the results can be demonstrated on proposed business intelligence platform for further analysis.
