本研究係以家庭教育中心之志工為研究對象,旨在探討其社會支持、組織信任對其組織承諾的影響情形。為達研究目的,本研究探討相關文獻後,採用調查研究法,進行分析與討論。共發出535份問卷,有效樣本為430份,有效回收率為80.4%。所得資料以SPSS統計軟體進行單因子多變量變異數分析、逐步多元迴歸分析,討論後所得之研究結論為以下五點: 一、家庭教育中心志工社會支持、組織信任、組織承諾之現況各分別呈現中上程度。 二、「61歲以上」的家庭教育中心志工較「41-50歲」家庭教育中心志工之組織承諾 來得高。 三、家庭教育中心志工社會支持與組織承諾大致呈現中度的顯著正相關。 四、家庭教育中心志工組織信任與組織承諾呈現中度以上的顯著正相關。 五、家庭教育中心志工社會支持、組織信任對組織承諾有顯著預測力。 最後,以本研究所獲得的主要結果,針對家庭教育中心組織、家庭教育中心專任人員及志工、未來研究提出具體之建議。
The objective of this research was to investigate the relationship between social support, organizational trust and organizational commitment of volunteers at Family Education Centers. The total of 535 questionnaires were distributed and 430 were obtained. The response rate was 80.4%. Descriptive statistics, MANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and Stepwise multiple regression analysis were utilized to examine the proposed hypotheses. The research results were as the followings: 1. The extent of social support, organizational trust and organizational commitment of volunteers at the Family Education Centers were between moderate to high level. 2. Age above 61 yeas old Family Education Centers’ volunteers got higher organizational commitment than those whose ages were between 41 to 50 years old. 3. Social support and organizational commitment showed moderate significant positive correlation. 4. Organizational trust and organizational commitment showed moderate significant positive correlation. 5. Social support and organizational trust were the most powerful factors to predict the organizational commitment of Family Education Centers’ volunteers. Finally, based on the main findings of this research, it provided several practical suggestions for Family Education Centers, Family Education Centers’ staff and volunteers, as well as the suggestions for further studies.
