製造資源分析對管理決策影響之研究

摘要


由於環境的競爭與製造資源的有限,企業在面對市場的競爭要求下,必須充分利用其既有資源以發揮最大效用,在考慮其本身的製造能力、產品市場的競爭條件以及環境的威脅與機會後,選擇製造活動所應先達成的目標。 本研究以訪談方式歸納,依據管理決策之目的,以解決製藥產業管理議題,並針對法規規範、產能擴充、降低生產成本等內容,找出符合PIC/S GMP、自動化設備的建置、擴廠、擴大批量、排程優化、淘汰年需求量不大或生產成本較高的產品、選擇生產量多或高毛利的產品、製程改善等八個解決方案。並以限制理論現況樹為工具,分析公司內的隱性關鍵問題,因營業預測不準、營業急單過多、提高生產批量、庫存控制不易等四個關鍵問題,發現其最核心原因為提高最大有效產出,作為個案公司進行製造資源規劃時之參考。

This research is summed up by way of interview. According to the purpose of administrative decision. In order to solve the management topic of Pharmaceutical industry. And direct against the regulation norm、Can expand to produce、Reduce contents such as the production cost,etc. Find out the coincidence Pharmaceutical Inspection Convention and Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) GMP、Construction of the automation equipment、Expand the factory、Expand production lot、Production Schedule optimization、Eliminate year Demand is small or High products of production cost、ChoiceThe amount of production is large or Products of the high gross profit、Make a part of the way of improvement in production,etc. Eight solutions. We adopt the current reality tree of theory of constraints (TOC) to analyze the critical problem. Four key problems such as Because business forecasting is inaccurate、Sell too many orders promptly、Production lot is small、Inventory control is difficult,etc. And find its most crucial reason is produced effectively the most greatly in order to improve. Regarded as the reference when the case company goes on and Manufacture resources to plan.
