摘要


近年來,隨著科技的日新月異,人與人之間的互動方式已逐漸由原有的書信往來、郵件收發及電話簡訊聯絡,轉變為即時通訊軟體的使用。除了與家人好友的相互聯繫之外,即時通訊軟體也開始進入職場環境中。因此,即時通訊軟體已是一個研究上及實務上的重要課題。 本研究之研究目的為探討於工作上使用即時通訊軟體的頻率對員工的「溝通滿足」及「工作滿足」及「工作績效」的影響。本研究以問卷調查為研究方法,並以4間機關團體之120位員工為研究對象,針對樣本資料作描述性統計、信度分析及迴歸分析。 本研究發現以下結果: 一、 頻繁使用即時通訊軟體會降低員工工作滿足程度。 二、 頻繁使用即時通訊軟體會降低員工溝通滿足程度。 三、 頻繁使用即時通訊軟體會降低員工工作績效。

As the rapid development of technology in recent years, more people use instant messaging software to communicate with others rather than written communication, email and phone call. Not only for contacting with family and friends, people also use instant messaging software for workplace communication. Thus, the influence of using instant messaging software at work has become an important research and practical topic. The purpose of this study was to explore the influence of using instant messaging software on employee’s communication satisfaction, job satisfaction and job performance. In this research, a survey method was used, and the sample includes 120 employees from four companies. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, and regression method. This study found the following results: 1. Using instant messaging software frequently will decrease the communication satisfaction of employee’s. 2. Using instant messaging software frequently will decrease the job satisfaction of employee’s. 3. Using instant messaging software frequently will decrease the job performance of employee’s.
